As an allergy sufferer my sinus's drain, so how does one blow a nose with these in it?

you take them out then blow your nose.

What is the recommended way, if any, according to manufacturer to clean these - or can they not be reused for awhile? Thank you.

I'm not aware of the recommended method of cleaning according to the manufacturer. However, I clean mine every two days. I hold them with tweezers under very hot water for about 30 seconds, being sure that each part of the filter device is being cleansed. I have not had any bacterial issues since doing this.

how do I know which size is correct for my nose?

I cant find the medium side to order. All I seem to be able to get is the multi pack of sizes and then I throw some away. Where did you find just the medium size?
