This is an amazing product. When I first took it, it made me extremely bloated. By the next day, I was flushing out stuff that had probably been in my system for many, many years. Now, I'm a little dependent on it. I've had a terrible digestive system since birth. My body does not know how to eliminate waste. Taking this regularly keeps me regular, healthy, and happy. I will probably be taking this for the rest of my life. The only problem is how long it takes to get it delivered to you!!!! I don't know if that's a Health Force thing or an Amazon thing, but it's extremely annoying. I placed my last order over a week ago and still have not received anything. I just checked my order details, and even after paying for 2-day shipping, my order has been pushed back yet another day. I ran completely out on Friday and now have gone three days without going to the bathroom. I'm in pain. This is the second time this slow shipment has happened to me with this product. So, my advice to anyone who wants it... If you're like me and have an upset system and find you need these herbs to live a healthy, comfortable life, buy in bulk. I thought I was doing the smart thing by ordering my new batch over week before my current batch ran out, but alas, this shipping is very unreliable and I'm stuck without. Amazing product, terrible, terrible, terrible, delivery speed.

This is the BEST!! As someone with intestinal issues (crohns) I struggled with going once I was on humira. Other products give you cramps, horrible experiences or simply do not work. This keeps me regular with no side effects or problems. Their other product SCRAM I also highly recommend. My fiancé and I did the parasite cleanse and we felt so full of energy + our cravings for sugar completely went away 🙏🏼

I’ve been meaning to leave a review for this stuff. The reason why this is my go-to when I am constipated is because I get results. With other choices what comes out is mostly water, not all the waste I know was stuck in there and needed to come out. What this product does is actually soften what’s in there and stimulates release. Last year I had trouble for 2 whole months and then one day I was regular again. It was a stressful time for me because I think I have taken #2 for granted. I realized how important it is to create an environment within your body that helps your body do what it needs to function properly. During those two months I did a lot of soul searching. What am I holding onto? I tried yoga, meditation, visualization, exercise, massage… all things you can do for your body (for free on YT) if you find yourself in this situation. I have a routine that I’ve stuck with (and it works for me) since those two months because I do not want to be constipated for over a few days ever again. Every night I take a magnesium glycinate. If i skip a day of deuce, that night i take magnesium citrate instead of the glycinate. If I still don’t get results i go for this intestinal movement formula and usually that does the trick. I just take one and if one pill doesn’t do it then the next night i take two and that for-sure shows results. I plan to always have a bottle on hand. If you are a bigger in build, probably take two like it recommends. If you’re on the small side, try one. I find if I take 2 when I don’t need to, things come out less solid. Hope this helps someone. Excellent product

I got this after seeing a doctor regarding hard stool that made me bleed in the behind and irregular bowel movement that happens every 2-3 day. I was prescribed a soft stool medicine, in which I was told not to rely on it (not to take it on a daily basis) In addition that I should eat more green, fiber, and fruit-- which for me I don't on a daily basis (maybe like 3x a week I eat an apple and 2x a week, I eat my greens) I've purchased healthforce in the past and found this with 4=star reviews so I gave it a try. I wasn't sure which one to purchase this, zero, or the other one (as it seem like it was the same description) so I went with the cheaper one. I took one to start out with every morning on empty. It doesn't give me the queasy feelings that most medicine does on empty stomach. I didn't feel any different but towards the afternoon, I started to feel I needed to go. I was scared to go due to the fact that I had hard stool. But surprisingly, I didn't have to push, it kinda slithered out automatically and softer. The rest of the week, I took 1 everyday (sometimes after lunch and come shower time, I usually have to go) Next week, I went on vacation to las vegas and ate mostly buffet style. I took 2 pill daily that week because I was eating a lot of meat and boy did it work. It came out in a solid, slimy piece and always smelled. Following week, back at home, I continued taking 2 daily (one in the morning and one after dinner) I think it was a bad idea because the pill I took after dinner started to have an effect on me during my sleep, I started feeling a little stomach ache and movement throughout the night and immediately had to bounce out of bed to use the bathroom. The feeling of going was great but my bowel movement was giving me sharp stomach pain during, However, after spilling it all out inside the toilet, I felt better and more awake. (great for me since I need to start getting up early any ways but bad for me if I don't get enough sleep) This week, since my period is coming any day now, I will continue taking 2 since I know on my period, I eat a lot and sometimes get backed up. But otherwise, on other days, I'll take one instead. For some reason, I prefer to take it after dinner because in the morning, I feel like I flushed out everything and feel more awake.

This product, used simultaneously with Healthforce Digestion Enhancement Enzymes, has consistently performed according to claims on the bottle: "This formulation was designed to produce maximum colon cleansing and proper movement with minimal or no discomfort." The focus is on maximum colon cleansing and proper movement with minimal or no discomfort. The suggested use panel on the bottle states: "Start with one or two Vegancaps per day and increase by approximately 2 per day...." I had never used any similar product in my life and was a little nervous, so I started out very conservatively; one capsule in the AM, one in the PM. The suggestion continues with: "until you reach your desired results (usually 2-3 significant bowel movements per day, which may require 15 or more caps)." First, I don't recall ever having 2-3 movements per day and second, 15 caps seemed excessive usage to meet that goal. As a result, I started adding one cap at lunch. During the first 7-10 days, I did have minimal discomfort, which amounted to very short bursts of sensations, not quite cramping and not quite "pain." After about 2 weeks, my body acclimated to the formula and now I take one cap with with food, excluding snacks, which translates into 4 per day. I never took 2 at once. I completely overhauled my diet after a medical diagnosis and am a great believer in all Healthforce Products. They have given me a new lease on life; more energy, better nails, clearer skin, and less forgetfulness.
