I looked all around to find some bands that would be thick and sturdy. Being an athlete all my life and having used many different brands of bands. When it was time for me to make my own purchase i knew what kind of quality i was looking for. On receiving this product in the mail i was not disappointed. To find bands that would not roll up during an workout. Or bands that would not stick together. I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. These bands are sturdy, thick, and of good quality. Thanks to the reviews which helped me decide on making my purchase. I am very happy.

I'll begin by saying that I absolutely LOVE these bands. They are very strong and are made from a very high quality material. These bands enable me to workout smaller muscles that are otherwise extremely difficult to stress. I would recommend these bands and other 4KOR Fitness products to anyone, anytime. I absolutely love these fitness bands! They are super durable and don’t roll, snap, or feel cheap during workouts. Each band gives the perfect amount of resistance for its level. I use them on my clients and myself for: strength training, glute work, mobility, and even quick home workouts. They’re easy to travel with and make workouts effective without needing a lot of equipment. Definitely one of my favorite fitness tools right now!

Best quality resistance bands! These are exactly the quality I was looking for after using similar bands with a gym trainer. Thick, durable, don’t roll up on your legs during workouts. These rock! I recommend for lower body workouts as they won’t be stretching from shoulder to floor - that’s for sure. Bought for my roommate as a gift but always borrowing for my own at-home workouts.

My trainer recommended these bands after I tried them in his gym. The quality is fantastic but they arrived SO STIFF. I can't even really do my workout right because the range of motion they allow is incredibly low. (I guess my trainer had been using them with other clients for awhile because his were perfect). I love products made with high quality materials but these bands seem to be more fitted for a gym where a lot of people use them and not so much for one person using them at home because it would probably take a year or something to break them in. My trainer was nice enough to swap with me so I didn't have to return them but I would have had to if he hadn't.

I’m super impressed with all my 4 KOR products! As an athlete, trainer and physical therapist, I’ve been through too many brands of mini bands over the years. Between rolling, snapping, adhering to themselves and slipping I was having to use a different brand band to target different movements based on what each band could withstand, and even at that, they weren’t as optimal as they could be. I can throw this 4 pack into my gym bag and have a band for literally every movement I can think of without worrying about having to fanagle it between sets and reps! Best quality bands I’ve come across in nearly 10 years! Can’t recommend them enough!

Cuts into your legs.

I purchased these 4 months ago and can confirm that they are the real deal. I has previously been going to physiotherapy sessions and was using the resistance bands provided for exercises such as clams and side steps. Once I started carrying this on at home and in the gym, I was starting to get pretty annoyed because every resistance band I tried off Amazon offered near enough to no resistance for these exercises. I finally came across these, which were pricier but I thought what the heck, maybe it's for a reason... I've been using them 3 times a week for 4 months now. Nice and thick. Proper resistance. Not a single tear. Good variations of resistance between each band. I use the highest resistance band for clams and the third highest resistance band around the toe box for side steps. These seem to be the only bands out there offering any real resistance. Top marks.

The bands are of the highest quality I've experienced. It comes with a convenient storage/carry bag. The size range of the bands are ideal as you can use each for different applications types. The thinner bands are ideal for the shoulder stretch while the others give the glutes/hamstrings etc a good stretch and workout. I subsequently mislaid one of the bands and contacted customer service, they reacted immediately and replaced the item within days. I highly recommend this brand and this company. I looked further on the website and saw they also do Massage Balls in different sizes and again they arrived promptly. The quality was their to see and most importantly they work. I train daily and when you get sore after a workout these balls untie all knots you may feel and aids in your recovery to train the next day. They work similar to the standard foam roller but these are more targeted to the specific area. Overall First Class Products and Company

These were suggested by my PT as I wanted to build up my home workout equipment. They are very strong, good quality and doesn’t curl/roll up when you use them. Good buy!

I'm a personal trainer and it took ages to find some proper decent bands. These are great, thicker and give more resistance than most. The only problem is the thinnest one can dig into you a little, so I don't tend to use that one. I've even just purchased a second set for my groups.
