I've tried my fair share of exercise bands over the past couple years. I always run into issues with them, like having them slip up my leg during a squat, lose their elasticity or start to fray on the ends. As a physical therapy student, I know exactly what to look for in a product like this. After my first use, I knew that these were the best quality bands I had ever used. They do not ride up during a squat, lunge or clam shell. This pack comes with 3 different levels of intensity, so people of all abilities and strengths can use them. You can even use multiple bands at once to up the intensity even more. Because they're thin, they're easy to stack and move in. The carrying case makes them easy to transport without fear of misplacing them. Overall, I really recommend these!
