i have been admiring quite a few of your fountain pens, im just not sure how to go about loading thismone and other Jinhao pens you have

Stacey,you can use the piston filler by loading it by putting the piston in the ink bottle then loading it into the pen. I think that works well for me. You can also use cartridges. I use Pelikan ink cartridges. You can buy them on Amazon or look up fountain pens on the internet. I look on Fountain pen hospital and I sell pens.com. Hope this helps.

What nib size is this fountain pen?

Mark, this nib appears to be a medium point. It produces a beautiful smooth line without grabbing or scratching. I purchased this pen for my wife who loves fountain pens, and she loves this one. It is one of the most beautiful and unique pens I have ever seen. I would not hesitate to to buy another.

I got this pen and it is great. But are there any thicker nibs I can buy for it?

I have this pen too and sometimes you can replace nibs but I am not sure if this one has this option. I tried to remove my nib and it didn't budge, another challenge is to get a replacement nib. So my best advice is just to get another pen with desired nib thickness. Hope this helps.

Love this pen. It is heavy and seemingly very high quality. Writes beautifully with high quality bottled ink. Cap screws on and off and posts on the other end for a fantastic looking pen. Amazing price for such a beautiful pen.

Wunderschön, doch leider…

…schreibt er nicht. Hatte wohl Pech und hab einen defekten Feed erwischt. Die Tinte floss unter Feder durch, aber nicht bis zur Spitze. Selbst eintunken in Tinte half nicht. Sehr schade, denn der Rest des Füllers ist wirklich fantastisch. Da sich die Feder zwecks Ersatzsuche aber auch nicht herausnehmen ließ, ging der Füller zurück.
