Scent Of A Woman Soundtrack

Light Music, but a true soundtrack and representationof the movie, not symphonic. Also,nothing harsh or suddenly loud;not even the fanfare arrival in the glorious city.Just the thing for the morning brushing, shaving orexercising.The Carlos Gardel masterpiece "Por Una Cabeza" must be like the moviebut it pales after hearing the fantastic symphonic version(exception to the rule)by the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, arranged and conducted by John Williamswith Itzhak Perlman violin, as would be expected.

Purchased this soundtrack to use during dinner parties as background music. It's perfect for that purpose. As expected, the tango on track 7 is as stirring as in the film.

This is, in my opinion, Al Pacino's best; totally spectacular. There was no waste. Every actor made a stellar contribution. I highly recommend it.

I saw this film and bought this CD just to hear the wonderful tango,"Por Una Cabeza" and can still see the famous scene from "Scent of A Woman."I enjoyed the rest of the film music as well.

It does not seem to be the whole sound track and the song that I bout it for was only the first minute or so...very disappointing.Other than that, it was OK, short, but OK

A really great film let down by this very quiet CD.The music is slightly repetitive and oh so quiet. But not too bad as long as one keeps the sound turned up loud!

One of the best films of type ever, and has a super soundscore too. well worth trying to pick up.

Having watched the film a couple of times , I checked and found there was Sound track on cd of the film. ,It,s a nice cd to sit and listen to while relaxing or Sunday morning music, recommended for any collection.
