I have made my second purchase on this product and starting on Monday I will be on my third month taking it I do feel that this works I take zinc because my level is at 67 and you need your zinc level to be 70 and up in order to have the capability of hair growing past a certain length and so far this has been the best zinc that I've ever taken and I love how this has copper in it and also sunflower in it so this actually saves me from buying two different products I just noticed it had that product in there because I was actually thinking about taking it again but I'm just grateful that this product is affordable because I am currently low income with physical health issues so I spend a lot of money on supplements and I'm glad I switched to this zinc I love how this is not Hi because in the past I took 30 mg of zinc and got kidney stones so this plus me taking the Mary Ruth hair liquid vitamin I get 16 mg of zinc day which is not too much And I just love how this has copper in it I will definitely continue to be a customer as long as they don't change the formula and please stay affordable I love how I don't have to worry about making another purchase until 2 months from now

Great combination of ingredients. Zinc must be accompanied with copper, and this provides both. Quercetin phytosome is a high quality addition. All together this is a superb supplement for boosting your immune system.

Ordered this product so would have zinc, copper and quercetin in 1 capsule and not have to order them separately. However, after awhile I realized quercetin didn't really agree with me. I gave what I had left of the product to a sibling who has no issues with it.

I love the combo of ingredients in this supplement..Most zinc sups are not the right type of zinc..and are way too high in mgs..this is low mgs and was the only one I could find with the proper daily requirements for zinc..the only negative is that they are very pricey..I can't understand why competive companies have not figured out the best form of zinc to peddle and with this awesome combo and get this absurd price lowered..lol
