Didn’t work - Defective unit.
The product should work on a 2013 Chevy Volt. Tried multiple times to reprogram tpms sensors after rotating tires without success. Must have gotten a bad unit. I did read from the comments that has happened to several people than the product should work with their car based on the information from the manufacturer, but it doesn’t. It seems to be hit or miss with the quality of the product rather than application.

Works perfectly
No worries on product, works perfectly. Should be all 5 star reviews! User error is not the products fault. Took less than 1 minute to reset TPMS. I read some negative reviews after purchase. Best yet was the complaint of no 2nd metal connection bar for batteries! None needed! Single 9v guys, both posts connect on same side!

It works
Works great for my Chevy volt just need to point it at the tire sidewall above the valve stem for it to work correctly.

Living in snow country means changing tires with the season ...
Living in snow country means changing tires with the season along with the normal rotation. For less than the cost of having the dealer or tire shop reset the TPMS, I have a tool that did the job less than two minutes of my time. It took more time to look on the internet to see howe to put the Avalanche in the learning mode. Sooo simple to do.

Did not work, returned.
This did not work on my 2012 Chevy Traverse, which is listed under the compatible vehicles. It didn't matter how I positioned or pointed or moved the device around the fill stem or wheel. I returned it and purchased one that looked almost identical (also from Amazon) for about $1 more, and it worked fantastic.

Pretty handy tool for every toolbox
Worked like a charm on the factory wheels and tires but took a little more work for them on my 24 inch aftermarket wheels with original sensors. I think is because the valve stem and sensor are further back in the wheel so it's harder for the tool to read the sensor. But none the less worth the nonetheless for sure. Just uses a 9v battery.
