Bio freeze is a lifesaver.
I bought this because I have m.S and I needed something to cool my hot Burning/Achy feet that would keep me awake at night. This works great and i've slept really good ever since I started spraying my feet right before bed . And it works great for my husband's back pain as well.We've ordered a couple times already. Highly recommended!

Great for arthritic knees
Works well for my arthritic knees. My physical therapist used Biofreeze and I found this spray and using that least helps the pain enough for me to fall asleep.
