Works well. We had to relocate some bats. We were able to use this to attract them to a bat house in the backyard instead of in the eaves of our house!

I don't know. It says bat attractant but my ideally located bat house, in bat country, remains empty at the end of its first season. I'll try again next year. The bottle doesn't expire until 2030. Maybe that implies a requirement for patience...
