I bought this for my daughter (she’s 5) because she often gets stuffy at night from allergies, especially during spring. We had been using saline spray before, which helped a little, but not enough. After trying this Flonase Sensimist for about a week, I noticed she was breathing more easily through her nose and wasn’t waking up as much. What I like is that the spray is very gentle — she doesn’t complain when I use it, which is a big deal with kids. There’s no strong smell either. It also seems to last all day, so we just use it once in the evening. That said, it didn’t work instantly for us — it took a few days to really see improvement. But overall, it’s been helpful and I’d probably keep using it during allergy seasons.

However, I don’t like that every time before spraying, I have to spray a few times into the air to make sure it works. It usually starts spraying on the second or third try, so about one-third of it gets wasted in the air..
