I recently upgraded the brakes on my 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 with a Power Stop Z36 Truck & Tow Brake Kit, and the difference is night and day. These brakes are hands down one of the best aftermarket upgrades I’ve made to my truck. **Installation:** Everything came neatly packaged, and the kit included slotted and drilled rotors, carbon-fiber ceramic pads, stainless hardware, and even high-temp lubricant. I installed the kit myself with basic tools, and everything fit perfectly without any modification. I have to boast and definitely leave a review for the overall experience because it was definitely flawless. The products arrived in a timely manner and as expected. It was boxed up well, and all four rotors were boxed up and packaged individually in plastics and had some foam cushions to avoid any damages being caused by shipping and transport. All the parts were present upon unboxing and prepping the rotors and brake pads before installation. No major defects asides minor blemishes prolly from machine production which does not effect the functionality nor aesthetics of the brake kit. Only thing I was a little disappointed about was that there was not enough brake grease supplied. Each brake pad boz were provided only with a packet each of brake grease which were insufficient. It was not enough to apply on main contacts on brake pads. However, overall the installation was a breeze, followed the instructions as directed for breaking in the new pads and rotors and the braking performance definitely are effective and does what it's suppose to. May I also mention I did Bleed and flush the brake fluid and Gahdam!!! I couldn't be more happy. Pull the trigger on these bad boys. Added this kit to a 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500. Make sure you have a 6 point 1/2" drive short socket to remove the Caliper bracket. The bolts have a ton of Loctite. The kit parts were high quality as well as the pads. The rear pad holders however did not match the stock ones so I reused the stock pad holders. If they go on I could not figure that out. The front holders were correct. Ordered one day and they were here the next day. Amazing. Incredible Smoothness, Superior Brake Performance.

My wife's 2015 chevy tahoe LTZ needed brakes and after hours of research and bouncing from auto parts web site to auto parts web site. I decided there were enough positive reviews or this kit to pull the trigger. This was the first time purchasing a brake pad and rotor kit from powerstop and from the beginning it was a great choice. I recieved the order in a timely manner but the box the kit came in was mangled. So I look through all the product to make sure nothing was missing from the kit. While doing this I notice the rear brake pads sent with the kit had been use and returned. I called customer service told them what I had recieved they ask me a couple questions and send them a picture of the pads. After doing this they sent a new set of pads out the next day. That's truly great customer service! Next lets talk about the install. I'm pretty mechanically inclined but make sure you set aside about 4 or so hours to replace all four rotors and pads. Plus I was using hand tools not pneumatic. However, over all it was pretty easy. My advice is just follow the instructions and if you've never done brakes before pay attention to how it comes apart and take your time. The last step to the install process must be followed exactly which are thdinstructions on setting the pads these are very important and must be followed exactly. We had this kit installed now for a month and it's been great no noise, dust, and stops great! I would definitely buy again.

No issues with the fitment and really great breaking power when I have to get down on them wether I have either of my two boats which are 18' and 23'

Overall, I was very satisfied with the price, quality, and ease of installation on my 2017 Chevy Silverado. Only issue was the rear pads did not fit into the rear caliper brackets and required grinding down to fit but not a big deal for an upgraded set of rotors and pads at this price.

I have these on my 2015 gmc sierra 1/2 ton. So far they have held up well. They do have a different feel from the non slotted rotors. Stopping is smooth and responsive.
