I bought my first Janeke Superbrush about four years ago in Europe, and it’s still one of the best brushes I’ve ever used. I mainly use it on wet hair in the shower about 3–5 times a week, and it has held up incredibly well. It glides through wet hair easily, detangles without pulling, and feels very comfortable in the hand. The grip is good even when my hands are wet, and it’s very easy to use. Definitely worth the money.

This is honestly the only brush I’ve found that actually works on my dry, curly, tangled hair without making brushing a nightmare. It detangles surprisingly easily and is much gentler than any other brush I’ve tried. If your hair gets dry, curly, or tangled easily, this is an absolute must-have. I wouldn’t want to be without it!

It's the real deal and feels light but solid. I have 3c/b hair, using this makes detangling easy and it feels great to use. I bought this because the last two FHI UNBrush brushes I bought broke in the same exact spots. I'm hoping this one will last, it seems like it will.

I LOVE this brush for a number of reasons. 1. The detangling. It went through my coarse curly hair and my 2 year old daughters softer curly hair (that has a lot of knots) with minimal effort and no tears (from either of us)! This was with wet hair after shampoo and conditioner and it has never been this easy. 2. The size of the paddle is do I dare say… perfect? The other brushes I have tried (Tangle Teezer Naturally Curly Hair Brush, Wet Brush Thick Hair Detangling Brush, Denman Curly Hair Bush) were narrower, which I would previously prefer since I would have to brush my hair in smaller sections just to detangle, but this brush glides through so well making the wider paddle work! 3. The bristles. The length of the bristles are long enough to penetrate my thickkkk hair. They are flexible and soft on my scalp unlike the Tangle Teezer and Denman which feels scratchy. The bristles on the Wet Brush are firmer and much less forgiving although I have also tried multiple of the Wet flexible detangling brushes too, but the bristles always broke after a few uses. The Tangle Teezer bristles on mine and my daughters are very firm. With this brush, I didn’t want to stop brushing my hair because it was effortless and actually felt good. 4. The hair doesn’t stay trapped in the brush. I have to brush my other brushes with a fine tooth comb or rinse in water to remove the trapped hair and even then it doesn’t all come out. I can effortlessly grab the hair from this brush with my hand saving time and my patience. 5. Its vented and doesn’t stay wet making it perfect for the shower! With that being said, I cannot speak to the durability of the brush since I just received it today. Nor can I speak to the curl definition afterwards since I applied a mask and I did not style my hair. However, I will say I have been contemplating cutting my hair very short (can’t-make-a-ponytail-short) due to the amount of time, shedding, and overall headache my hair has caused in the past few months.. But now!? Shiii I’m gonna keep my hair for a little bit longer, because tonight it finally felt manageable. It also swayed me away from considering a texture softener just to struggle less with fighting to detangle and style it. I was that fed up. Anywho 10/10. Highly suggest you try for yourself! Did not disappoint me!

I purchased the Janeke Superbrush Detangler Brush Anti-static and initially, it was everything I could have asked for in a brush. For about six months, it effortlessly detangled my hair, was gentle on my scalp, and the anti-static feature was a bonus. However, my satisfaction was short-lived. Around the half-year mark, I noticed the bristles began to snap off. This deterioration was gradual and not immediately noticeable, but over time, it significantly affected the brush's performance. The broken bristles created sharp edges that not only damaged my hair but also posed a risk to my scalp. It was disappointing to find that such a promising brush turned out to be less durable than expected. The most concerning part is how these broken bristles can go unnoticed at first, leading to unintentional damage to both hair and scalp. While the brush was excellent initially, its lack of longevity is a major drawback. In conclusion, I give the Janeke Superbrush 4 stars for its initial performance. However, potential buyers should be aware of its durability issues. It's a fantastic brush when new, but be prepared for possible bristle breakage in the long term.

Got this on recommendation by a celeb hairstylist and I LOVE it! I have medium, thick hair and this does a great job with detangling it while being light weight. Bristles are somewhat flexible which makes it feel meditative to run through your scalp!

Perfect for Asian hair

Better than I expected it’s awesome feels great in your hand light weight and doesn’t tug at hair. I have very long hair it’s also easy to wash and aesthetically pleasing I got the all nude colored one.

I absolutely love this hairbrush. I have a lot of fine hair - and it gets quite tangled after a wash - but this brush gets tangles out easily and painlessly. It is perfect on wet or dry hair.

This hairbrush exceeded my expectations! It glides through my hair smoothly without pulling or breaking it, even when I have tangles. It’s very gentle on the scalp and works great on both wet and dry hair. The handle is comfortable to hold, and the quality feels really durable.
