Great option
These are such a great low calorie option for noodles or pasta. They take on the flavor of anything you put them in. They’re super easy to make and add into food. They stand up on sauces and they’re just like any other noodle.

Great noodle substitutes for Dieters
I'm a repeat customer and these are a great substitute for traditional noodles. The texture is not the same as regular noodle but they are very low calorie and work well in many dishes.

I will definitely purchase again.
Delicious, followed instructions to rinse well, boil for 3 minutes, drain and stir fry with protein and vegetables plus seasoning with a bit of olive and sesame oil. I did not notice any type of odor prior to rinsing. The noodles seem to be a clean slate to absorb whatever spices appeal to you. I will purchase again. I used two bags for two of us and the amount was perfect. It comes 10 bags in the box. No digestive problems were experienced.
