I used to buy it from the store and plant it but you can't anymore. The Ginger arrived in beautiful condition. Already sprouting and growing. The leaflet inside explains everything about the Ginger. If it's possibly a little dry or what have you. Of course it has to be mailed somewhere so it might dry out a bit. But they give you their contact information if the plant doesn't do well so that they can replace it or make you happy in whatever way. There's a lot of complaining here but I don't see that anybody actually contacted their customer service. They also have a pamphlet you can scan that teaches you how To grow ginger.
