Arrived quickly and was well packaged. No sharp edges so you won't cut yourself when cleaning. Two pots are great for soft and hard wax. Has normal and fast heating modes.Will update my review after using itUpdate: melts wax evenly and quickly, took about 15 mins for hard wax to melt. Highly recommend

Replaced my old 12yr old Hive heater with this one, a I'm glad I did. The digital display ensures the wax is heated to the correct temperature, I use hive Hard/Hot wax and it's perfect every time. No crystallisation, easy to clean with decent wax cleaner. Recommended if you use different wax.

Its not working as you can see in photo only on/off button working. Wax pot not turning on and there is no light turn on . And since I bought i just pour wax and its not working

Bought as I managed to smash mine & it did actually need an upgrade. Once you get used to temp for wax it is an absolute breeze to use. Very good price as well.
