Amazing product im a meat guy and I was looking for the best indoor grill while also been able to do have an air fryer and this product managed to do both, even one time it burned my pizza in under 4 mins pretty strong too to make fast and reliable pizza I highly recommend it!

This is a game changer in my kitchen!I recently switched to carnivore diet, which was why I got it. Now we literally use it for 80% of all cooking in the house now, it's so easy to use and is the best decision I've made in recent times.

I was in mistake it’s a great choice

I was very happy with this grill when I first bought it. It cooked well and the performance was exactly what I expected from Ninja.Unfortunately, after only one month of normal use, the unit started shutting off by itself every time I tried to cook. It became impossible to use reliably.I honestly did not expect this level of reliability from a Ninja product, especially considering the price and the brand’s reputation. Very disappointing. I hope Ninja improves the quality control and long-term durability of this product.

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience with Ninja’s service.I purchased an oven from Ninja through Amazon, and after a short period, an essential part of the device broke. I contacted the company to request a replacement part, but they informed me that it is not available and cannot be provided. Honestly, this is unacceptable, especially considering that the device is expensive and the brand is well-known worldwide.The after-sales service was far below my expectations.

I received the box clearly opened before with only small tape holding the cover, and has damages on the side and the smart thermometer is missing from the box !!

Simple to use, included meat thermometer, easy to clean, quick preheat. Love how it makes bacon crispy. A good machine for any kitchen. Size I would call medium to large (as far as countertop space)

Soy amante de la carne, y prender el asador, carbon etc. me da flojera, me anime a comprar esta maravilla, y mi vida cambio. Es impresionante la calidad de un corte de carne en mi caso fue RIBEYE, salió como lo indique con el termómetro indicado. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, y lo mas sorprendente compre la Ninja DG551 con un gran descuento

While not perfect, this is the 2nd model of Ninja Foodi smart XL Grill I have, the first one (Gen 1) lasted 5 years and then the lid switch died. I use mine pretty much every day so I'd say over 1200 meals cooked in my first one, if this one lasts as long, I'll be perfectly happy. The only real issue I find with these is cleaning the inside lid, grease does get baked on to it eventually no matter how diligently you clean it. I really hope Ninja keeps making these as they are truly a great device.!

This grill is so far one of the best purchases I've ever made for kitchen use. In the hands of a relatively experienced home cook (me) it's a super tool. First of all, it makes side dishes extremely easy and fast to prepare. Most frozen casual bagged finger foods such as french fries, egg rolls, pizza rolls, chicken nuggets, et al come out of the air fry function both much faster and much more crisp than you can achieve in the oven even using wire racks. Self made side dishes such as roasted vegetables and potatoes likewise cook faster than any other appliance and with better color and crisper results. Grilling is a mixed bag. Generally, proteins such as burgers or whitefish filets finish with great marking and color fast, but you need to check the doneness diligently. Hot dogs and sausages are easy and superb on this grill. I was skeptical of the Foodi considering it excessively over engineered, but the main benefit it has over other methods is that all cooking or grilling is enclosed, so spattering of even messy foods is non existent. It also grills consistently and cleanly so I can get better results of small tender items such as fish than I can with a gas grill outdoors. I love that the control panel pretty much lets you do anything. Bypass preheating and changing time or temperature on the fly are all standard. You open the cover anytime you like to check on doneness. I will ding the Foodi on easy of cleanup of the appliance itself. The screen pops out for cleaning, but you're on your own to clean the dried grease that builds up on the underside of the top lid. That's the downside of the shielding of the rest of the kitchen from spatters. I consult Youtube videos to find out best ways to clean this thing. Overall, if you know cooking already, this grill can pretty much do anything in terms of dry heat cooking.
