What kind of charging cable does it come with? will it work in countries with 230 volts? doe sit have usb charging cable?

This ball is not battery operated. There are no cables, you simply roll it on muscles that require a deeper massage than you can get from a foam roller (piriformis, shoulder, etc.)

does it come in a larger size?

The Muscle Max Massage Ball is 3.2 inches so is already larger than most massage balls (e.g. larger than a lacrosse ball or tennis ball or any of the spiky balls etc). It currently only comes in the 3.2 inch size. However, we are currently developing a larger size massage ball with the same trigger point grid texture. I thought i put a massage ball in my cart that came with an instruction sheet. now i'm not seeing that with this ball. does it come with one?

No It doesn't come with an instruction sheet. This ball is approximately 3" it works well to get into the back muscles, glutes, front shin, deltoids, lower back, quads, iliotibial bands. The ridges are more aggressive and a bit more painful than a smooth ball. But it really works!!! LAcross balls are amazing too but are not the same. a 5' version is also available and works amazing!! Best 3' ball I own! I absolutely love mine!!! I use it every day!!!

What size is this ball?
