Retro Men's Digital Chronograph Bracelet Watch, 40/8487

I’ve somehow gotten started on affordable digital watches and this retro styled Armitron does not disappoint at all. Size: Whilst smallish by today’s standards, i believe the piece sits just nice on my 17.5 cm wrist. Small enough to feel you have something old yet big enough so it doesn’t look like you’re still wearing your 1980’s school watch Quality: being a steel case, this watch actually has a bit of heft especially in comparison to the Timex T80. You really feel like it’s a new old stock piece. Both bracelet and case are very well made with crisp edges. Looks better than the photos Display Nice legible display, again comparing to my Timex T80 this is slightly better viewing angles and the text is crisper too. The only downside I see to this is the light. It’s an old school single bulb on the left and you really can’t see the time in the dark. Setup. Time was very easy to set and synchronize, even without the aid of a manual. After randomly pressing the buttons you’ll learn what each does. Sizing the clasp of the bracelet was also very effective and again easier to do than the Timex T80. Whilst it uses a similar clasp design. The Armitron clip required less effort. Overall I’d say this is a wonderful ‘dressier’ retro digital watch. It feels premium and well worth the price.

Love casios, but wanted a one that’s stainless. This one is so classy. The backlight only really lights up the first digit, which at furst I thought was totally fine, but it is hard to read in the dark most of the time. At least there is a light i guess. Great watch.

What lets this watch down is the original strap, far too shiny and doesn’t blend well with the brushed steel casing. Change the strap though, game changer.👌🏼

Ho acquistato l'Armitron Sport Retro perché cercavo un orologio digitale con un vero look vintage, ma con la qualità e la costruzione dei giorni nostri, e devo dire che questo modello ha superato ogni mia aspettativa! La cassa e il bracciale interamente in acciaio inossidabile (come nel modello Rubik o Griffy, a seconda della versione che ho) gli conferiscono un peso piacevole e una sensazione di solidità che non trovi in orologi analoghi in plastica. La finitura spazzolata, unita ai bordi smussati e lucidi, è curata in modo eccellente. ⌚️ Comfort e Usabilità Nonostante il suo aspetto robusto, l'orologio è leggero e comodo da indossare tutto il giorno. Il bracciale in acciaio (facile da regolare con il sistema a scorrimento, se presente) aderisce perfettamente al polso senza tirare peli. I pulsanti sono reattivi e facili da premere, permettendo di accedere a tutte le funzioni senza problemi. 🌟 Leggibilità e Funzionalità Il display digitale è estremamente chiaro e leggibile anche in piena luce. La retroilluminazione (spesso LED o in stile vintage) fa il suo dovere al buio. Sebbene le funzioni siano essenziali (ora, data, a volte cronometro/sveglia a seconda del modello), è esattamente ciò che si cerca in un "retro sportivo" ed è tutto perfettamente funzionale e intuitivo. 💰 Ottimo Rapporto Qualità-Prezzo Sinceramente, per la qualità dei materiali e la cura del design, mi aspettavo un prezzo decisamente più alto. L'Armitron Sport Retro offre un'estetica di alto livello e una costruzione in metallo che batte molti concorrenti più blasonati in questa fascia di prezzo. In sintesi: Se sei un amante dell'estetica vintage, cerchi un orologio in metallo solido e affidabile, e non vuoi spendere una fortuna, smetti di cercare. Questo Armitron è un acquisto obbligato. Assolutamente consigliato!
