I picked this up for my wife and daughter, and just like with the other product from this brand, they’ve both had great results. Their hair feels softer, smoother, and noticeably easier to detangle after using it. They’re both very sensitive to shampoos and conditioners, so finding something that doesn’t cause irritation is always a challenge and this one has worked perfectly for them. One thing they really appreciate is how clean their hair feels afterward. There’s no heavy residue or product buildup, just a light, fresh feel that makes their hair easy to manage. The scent is another big plus, it's pleasant and clean without being overpowering. The only shampoo that works for my hair (straight, thick). I used to wash my hair every single day because it would get very greasy within 24 hrs. Now, I wash it every other day. It also doesn't leave my hair smelling bad, especially on day 2, which was not the case with other shampoos. My experience while washing with this shampoo is different too -it feels more airy...lathers well, weird to say but feels like foamy shaving cream in the hair when working it in? This is not the best description, and it might sound unpleasant, but it's really not, at least not for me, I quite enjoy it! Because usually shampoos feel heavy to me which would make my hair feel unnecessarily heavy too. I didn't know my hair could lay this well, the strands could be this straight, the frequency of tangles could be this low, and the softness could be this much (it hasn't felt this soft in years, and keep in mind I'm only using the shampoo). Pretty sure I'm using hard water too, and no special filter. I blow dry my hair after every wash. No static. The smell is ok, but everything else is 5 stars! Very satisfied.
