I was recently diagnosed with type II diabetes. I am not getting an adequate amount of protein. I do not like milk, cottage cheese or yogurt. This product is perfect for me. It mixes well and tastes great. It’s a bit pricey but to me it’s worth it.

Great taste great way to drink extra protein

Refreshing protein drink! I’m not often in the mood to drink a shake so these types of juice-like protein powders are for me. This one mixes up great and tastes pretty good. It’s too sweet for me and even with adding extra water, it tastes like drinking strawberry Jell-o mix—not as good as MyProtein Clear—but still very drinkable. Texture is smooth like a crystal light-type drink (see photo) but it takes a couple of a shakes to get rid of the clumpy remnants, again unlike MyProtein which only takes one good shake. I pre-make these the day before so the foam has time to settle. I add it to 2-4 oz of water (water first, powder on top) and shake in a simple glass jar (not even a blender bottle), then I stick it in the fridge. I might give it an extra shake after them foam dissipates because of some sediment and residual clumps. When I’m ready to drink, I mix it with room temp water so I can chug it without getting a freeze headache. Not a bad drink but will opt for other brands that mix a little better, taste better, and are better priced

This is my go-to protein supplement when traveling, along with a travel packet of collagen. Unlike shake mix, it blends easily in a bottle of water just by shaking and no messy blender to clean, which is especially nice in countries where tap water is suspect. Tastes like koolaid. Pumps up my protein when I’m on the go.
