Simply product at sensible dosage
Had no impact on my intended usage (improved sleep) but that's likely just because I wasn't deficient in the first place, I had no evidence that I was but was just trying this on the off-chance based on recommendations. It didn't work for me but the product itself I have no issues with. It is high dosage and well manufactured.

Only contains 133mg!
The capsule only contains 133mg. The dose is one per day. The recommended adult dose is 400mg per day. I would need to take 3 to get a decent dose. This represents poor value for money and is misleading for the customer. And you are not allowed to return it.
