I've been a very light sleeper for years and am constantly trying new products in an attempt to improve my sleep. I read this form of magnesium helps calm the central nervous system, which allows us to relax before going to bed. Since taking these for a few weeks I feel the time it takes me to fall asleep has shortened. However, I do still wake up regularly during the night, plus combine these with CBD, so it's hard to work out if this is a symbiotic process between the two or one is doing more than the other. Either way, I'd recommend as a fairly inexpensive way to help unwind an hour or two before bed.

Good value product. I like the packaging as it’s easy to store

Made me dizzy so had to stop. Also still struggling to understand what strength they are. Does one capsule contain 80mg or 728mg? Very confusing.
