I take magnesium glycinate because it’s well absorbed, gentle on the gut and the best form for sleep. I also take magnesium for energy and bone health. I’m really happy with this product because it’s just magnesium glycinate, contains none of the cheaper forms of magnesium like citrate or oxide that can upset the gut, and no fillers. The recommended daily intake of 240 mg might not seem like a lot but what matters is the absorption, not the amount taken. I also like this product because I prefer to take capsules rather than large tablets that contain binders. Four capsules a day might seem like a lot but minerals like magnesium are bulky in general, there’s no getting around this. These capsules are standard size and I find easy to swallow. One pot of 120 capsules = one month’s supply. A reasonably priced product for a superior form of magnesium with no nasties.

This seems to be working. Have noticed positive changes disappointed you need to take 4 capsules a day .makes these very expensive..

Nature Provides is pretty much the only company I trust for supplements on Amazon. I have re-bought their Vit D, magnesium, and Liposomal Vit C over and over. They are based in the UK and seem to be genuine good people. . I have tried various different magnesiums but this is the best, and it really helps me relax and sleep better at night, and especially calms my bruxism (night time teeth clenching). Its a bit on the pricier side so I take 3 at night instead of the 4 as advised, but get the good results. Also it has never upset my stomach. Highly recommended.
