Improve sleeping and good for constipation

Very effective for sleep aches less aching on waking

Pricey but worth it imo. No rubbish, pure and the results speak for themselves. I take them every so often to help with sleep and they are super effective. The results also show up (positively) in my HRV reading on my Whoop.

Helps me sleep

This has been brilliant for my sleep - I'm falling asleep more easily and my oura ring is showing more deep sleep. Glad to find a product here that's high quality and clean without fillers, as I've had digestive issues with other brands.

I particularly like this product because of the type of magnesium as well as the fact that there are no fillers or binders - it's simply the magnesium powder inside a cellulose-based capsule. The product label says you should take four capsules a day, but this would mean the jar would only last 30 days, making it an expensive purchase. I've worked out that that the measurement of four capsules would does equate to a daily recommended Mg dose, but I just can't afford to consume it at that rate, so try to increase my Mg intake with other food sources while taking up to two of these capsules daily. I can't claim to have noticed any difference by consuming this product, but I know that I can become easily Mg deficient without supplements, and I will only take an Mg product without unncessary additives.
