Quality, safe ,effective.
After the Garcinia Cambogia product I had been using for many years was no longer available and after doing my research, I chose aSquared as my replacement. Why I take Garnicia Cambogia
I am a Millwright, my work schedule is usually 7/12’s or 6/10’s. At 55 controlling my weight and energy is very difficult with the schedule. I try hard to portion eat every 3 hours. Seems to be decreasing appetite
I think it is reducing my appetite slightly. Let's hope. I struggled off 30 pounds over several years. I kept it off for over 3 years then suddenly last September I got hungry and couldn't quit eating. 22 pounds came back on within 3 months. I have tried other products but they haven't helped.

So I’m still taking this I haven’t really lost any weight or anything. It does make you go to the bathroom but as far as weight loss now.
