I ordered this product to use on a unicorn cake that I was making for my granddaughter. I needed to make a gold unicorn horn and the ears and eyelashes out of gum paste, and painted gold. This Luster Dust was the perfect gold color, with a beautiful sheen. Absolutely perfect for the accent pieces on the cake! I was also under a time constraint, so I needed to receive it quickly. It was delivered exactly when promised with no delays. I highly recommend both the product and the Seller!

A little goes a long way with this stuff, but it does work well. This container has more than the the standard container. It does clump up a little in drinks unless you stir it well. I will say we are using it in mini bottles for a “magical” shower for mimosas and with the orange juice it kinda loses it luster in the orange so maybe choose a different color than gold unless you are doing a different flavor drink. It brushes on food beautifully. I tried it out in syrup for our brunch waffles and it was amazing! Turned the brown syrup to a gold “magical” sheen! It IS pretty messy but it does not stain. Loved it!

I only recently discovered this type of product. While it's not exactly cheap and you only get a little, it goes A LONG way! Very little is needed to totally coat and cover. The shine and glitter is amazing! Very happy with the product. I used with kids and even they could do it. We used the method of putting the chocolate candy in a zip lock (we were doing golden eggs) with just a pinch of the powder, zipping and shaking it all around. The kids loved it and it looked amazing!

My daughter and her teenage friends thought this was cool for our New Year's party. It was cool seeing the gold glitter swirl around in your glass. The only thing is you have to keep stirring to get the glitter to swirl, or it settles at the bottom. You can't just swirl the glass. You need a spoon or a stir stick.

It worked really well on a cake decorated for Christmas, was easy to see and the color was fantastic.

This is a pretty good size bottle for the price! The glitter is fine and very shimmery. I used it in my homemade jam, and it has stayed perfectly suspended after canning.
