Excellent air purifier! Bought this one a year ago and it's been working flawlessly, 24/7. The only time it is turned off is when we change out the filter. Now, it does make slight noise while it's doing it's job (like when we're cooking or we have guests over), but once the air is 100% clean, it shuts down to a barely audible whisper. I like that it has a digital gauge to tell you how clean the air is. I have done nothing more than turning it on and off and installing the initial filter and six months later, installing a new air filter, so I can't tell you about any other features because I bought it for one purpose only, filter the air. Sorry. But from the very first morning after we began using it, there was a very noticeable difference in the quality of the air. Our air is now fresh and clean like a morning after a good rain. As much as I love blackened Mahi Mahi, I don't want to smell it when I wake up in the morning. So, no food or dog smells is neato. I've never done it, but it almost feels like sleeping in an oxygen room. We now sleep so much better which I can honestly tell you, makes a huge difference not only in how our days start and go, but also how our bodies recover and heal during deep sleep. You might be surprised at how good clean air and a solid night's sleep will make you feel. And it is for these very reasons that I would highly recommend the Shark air purifier.

This air purifier works really well and definitely does its job. It feels powerful and I noticed the air in my room felt fresher quickly after running it. The settings are easy to use and it seems like a high-quality machine. The only downside for me is that it’s a bit too powerful for the size of my room, even on lower settings. It would probably be perfect for a larger space, but in a smaller room it feels a little overkill. Overall, it’s a great purifier if you have a bigger area that needs strong air cleaning. It just ended up being more than I personally needed for my space.

I must say the Shark HP102 was not my first choice. I wanted the Shark HP152 air purifier, but after trying (unsuccessfully) to find the replacement filter for the HP 152, I decided to just go ahead and get this one. I was able to easily find the replacement filters so I ordered the air purifier and extra filters together. The unit and filters arrived in 2 days, neatly and securely packaged. The air purifier came with set up instructions that were very easy to understand. There is also a manual you can download for more in depth instructions. I set it on "auto" and it's been on, (I think?.. because it's so quiet) doing its thing for 3 days. It took about 2 hours to bring my air quality up to 100%. (In appx 540 sq. ft area) Since then of course, the air quality varies- depending upon what is going on in the household, like cooking etc. It appears to be very sensitive to changes in air quality and reacts accordingly. The display readout is nicely arranged and user friendly. The fan settings (4) range from lowest, "I can't hear it- is it even running?" to highest, which is no louder than a normal household fan. I mainly wanted an air purifier because no matter how often I dusted, my house was still dusty... I am extremely happy with the results! I know it's only been 3 days so far, but there is just no dust anywhere! I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it.

Love, Love, Love this product. This is the second purifier I purchased for my home. The air is cleaner in my room because of this product. There is absolutely NO Noise coming from this purifier and that makes it the go-to product. The great design and WiFi connectivity add to the multitude reasons to buy this to keep your air cleaner. The power and durability are excellent. Filter replacement is very easy.

Well priced and seems to help with low-level allergies and basic purifying tasks. A bit cryptic to understand it's 1-100 LED 'grading' numbering and what it exactly means but no complaints after three months of use.
