Bought this ergonomic chair from The Sleep Company on Amazon, and it’s been a great addition to my workspace.📦 Packaging was excellent — well-protected and delivered in perfect condition.🛠️ Assembly was fairly straightforward. The included tools and labeled parts made the process smooth.however the instructions for DIY could be improved, as I struggled a bit initially💺 The comfort and back support are impressive — ideal for long sitting hours. The mesh back allows for airflow, keeping things cool even during extended use.🎯 The adjustable features (height, tilt, armrest) are practical and work just as expected.⚠️ Two suggestions:1. the seat cushion could have slightly more padding for extra comfort over very long sessions, but it’s still very decent overall.2. DYI needs more clear instructions, may be a link to official YouTube link on how to assemble will help.Awesome product at decent pricing,

Purchased this chair in July 2025 and I'm writing this review in August 2026, after using it for an year.The so-called "patented SmartGRID technology" turned out to be nothing more than a marketing gimmick. The most critical part of any chair, the seat cushion, has developed severe & uneven sagging within just one year. As a result, sitting on this chair now causes significant lower back pain and discomfort.Ironically, I had experienced the exact same issue with much cheaper local-brand chairs in the past. That's precisely why I decided to spend 3x more on this chair, believing the much-publicized SmartGRID technology would make a difference!! In then end it's just nothing but an UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT.For what I paid for this single branded chair, I could have bought 3 decent local chairs that would likely have lasted me 3 years. Instead, this premium chair has become uncomfortable and practically unusable after just one year!!This is extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable for a product positioned as a premium ergonomic chair.I will be contacting customer support and will update this review if they provide a satisfactory resolution. Until then, my recommendation is:DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY.

This is my first ergo chair. I wanted to buy a gaming chair, but decided to buy an ergo one. This is a very comfortable chair. I am still getting used to this chair. My main goal of buying chair is to play games, still getting used to it. Otherwise, sitting is completely comfortable and lumber support is good.
