I have tried numerous menopausal supplements and these are by far the best! After only 1 month feel much better. Love the product!

Works well
This works for me. It does not cure hot flashes but lessens them. It arrived on time with no issues with the packing or contents.

Still trying
So far, somewhat good. When I very first started taking this I could immediately tell a difference!!! Especially the day I forgot to take it!!! But it seems to lose its effectiveness as time goes on.

Caused headaches
I've taken this for seven days now. Around the second or third day, I started getting headaches. I brushed it off initially but as they persisted every day, I've concluded it's this product. There's been no other changes in my diet, habits or supplement intake aside from this. I decided to look a little into each ingredient and lo and behold, grape seed extract (which this product has the most of) has been purported to work with blood circulation issues and the first side effect is headaches. SO, in the trash this goes, which sucks because Siberian Rhubarb is supposed to help with hot flashes which is my major issue.

I absolutely have fewer hot flashes and haven't even finished my 1st bottle. THIS IS AN HONEST TO GOD RATING. I paid for these they werent given to me prior to them constantly all day and all night I would feel like I was on fire and then be cold continuously I was miserable I'm almost through my whole body I think I might have maybe a week we can have left but I already noticed the difference.Thank you hum❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️
