Comfortable for a while...
I bought these to wear with some high heels for a wedding. I am not a high-heel wearer so knew I would 100% experience the burn. These helped for a few hours but then the burn set in and the shoes came off. They would be great for a short event or for those with a higher burn threshold!

they work
They worked as well as the stick on pads to eradicate foot pain after a big operation, but they move and end up strangling your toes if you don't take your sock and shoe off and reposition them.....not always possible.

Instant relief. Easily fits into exiting socks and shoes.

Sadly start to roll when in use and loose stick. Fine for first wear but otherwise not durable

Great for plantar fascititis, and any pain on foot

No good for open toe heeled shoes
Too slippy or squidgy. My foot slid forward and felt unstable. Wanted to wear in heeled strappy shoes for a night out. Felt like good cushion though so imagine will be ok in flatter or closed shoes.
