Cuts fish skin off very smoothly and easily.
The knife was as good as advertised! It cuts the skin off of fish like butter. Also trimmed the fat off chicken and steak very easily.

Nice and sharp
It’s Nice and Sharp, had it for a while. Left it out in the rain and all didn’t get rusty at all. Good grip nicer rubber. It’s worth the money. Cuts clean through catfish.

Solid knife
I used this for the first time today. I'm sure someone who fillets fish for a living would say otherwise, but for basic home use, this thing is sharp and does what I need it to do.

flissa fillet knife and bait knife 7"
Bigger handle with rubber around hard plastic. Easy to grip with bigger hands. Much better than a hard plastic. Sheath is durable with a positive lock when knife is inserted. Blade was dull. Needed sharpened. Would buy again
