not the best in low light conditions... very blurred, i tried the recording feature with the lense cover on and the quality was terrible so i took it off.. (the lense cover is only held on by a tiny blob of glue and comes off very easily) and the difference was night and day... very good quality recording the pen is very nice to write with just a little on the heavy side (edit) after only using it 3 times it has a mind of its own, it only records for 5-10 seconds and then switches off..

The luxury pen with a hidden camera is a really useful item to carry around. it has the look of an expensive pen, good to pair with a nice suit. When charged the battery lasts long enough. It is unobtrusive, discreet and easy to use. Quality of the video is awesome. Its motion detection is sufficient. Would recommend it. I have bought the pen twice, the second after a few months when my brother took the first pen. He didn't know it was a spy camera when he took it. He might find out once the ink runs out.

I bought this for personnel security and to evidence any breaches of this Although it ha no image stabilization if you are carrying and it's filming, walking will shake the picture so simply standing still while capturing is best or have the pen in a cup on a table it's fine It works well in daylight though indoors the picture can be darker But, it's under £30 and a device that works in the dark and has stabilized video will cost in excess of £300 This pen cam is extremely good kit for the very low price and it has me I inspired to buy more It works for filming just over 2 hours, it's storage is as big as whatever memory card you install it comes with a 32 gigabyte card installed though I advise a faster memory card to improve quality of film and faster read and write speeds as the one that comes with the pen is a standard card not a ultra speed, but again for under £30 it still comes ready to use with a memory card And the build quality is good and the pen looks good and is very stylish Hope this helps any one considering buying the pen, it's in my humble opinion an absolute bargain and I have no complaints

Very good, but the only reason I didn’t give it full marks is because the camera lens is not wide-angle. It is a good picture though. The audio is on these things is always a bit dodgy, but acceptable where evidence is really 100% needed, say in the hope of a national public inquiry at a later date.

It works! (Well, it worked for a week.) I wasn't expecting much after reading the poor reviews here, but I set it up today and tested it. And it does what it's supposed to. It records video pretty well. It's very discreet - there is no way for anyone to tell that there is a camera hidden in the clip. The photo attached is of a regular pen on the left, and this little gizmo on the right. They are comparable in size and shape. The video quality in not 1080, but more like 760, but this is good enough for me. It needs good light - in low light, the video quality is very poor, but I knew that was the case before I bought, so no foul there. The sound quality is not too great either, and again I'm not looking for that. For the price (around £30), I'm very happy with it. Edit: A week later the camera stopped working. Ah well.

I bought this pen as I'm having trouble with a housemate and the landlady has banned cctv cameras as they "set the housemates paranoia off" not only has the camera been useful in capturing clear footage but the clip is strong enough that it holds onto my shirt even when I'm cycling so I've taken to recording some of my bike rides. It has completely flown under the radar with my landlady even borrowing it to write something during a meeting and she had no idea. It is an actual pen and it is easy enough to swap out the ink cartridges and access the memory card that comes with it. The size doesn't give anything away and just feels like a well built, bulky pen. As someone with hypermobile joints, it's actually a really easy pen to use too. I haven't used the motion detection feature but it does have instructions on how to use it all. It is in broken English but it's still easy enough to understand. Overall it's helped to build a layer of security to help keep me safe at home and on the roads while cycling. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a sneaky bit of spy gear.

Does not work only records audio very disappointing

La calidad tanto del audio como del vídeo es notable. Grabación definida también en movimiento. El coste del producto te hace dudar de su efectividad al ser tan bajo, pero cumple sobradamente su función. Sin duda la recomendaría si alguien está pensando en comprarla. Fragmenta las grabaciones de vídeo en clips de unos 10 minutos por lo que facilita mucho la visualización y el almacenaje de los vídeos que sí se quieran guardar.

Je suis tres satisfait de mon achat. ce stylo espion et non seulement un outil d'écriture pratique, mais aussi un excellent appareil de surveillance. La qualité vidéo est surprenante pour un objet aussi compact. La batterie tient longtemps et la discretion est totale. Je le recommande vivement

La oferta de grabadoras disponibles es Amazon es muy deficiente. He intentado usar este boli; lo probé durante un mes, esperando a que me funcionara correctamente, porque a pesar de que seguía las instrucciones funcionaba a su bola. Me ponía el bolígrafo en una camisa y efectué alguna grabación exitosa. Tras pasar el mes me salen fechas diferentes en las pocas grabaciones que salían bien y en chino.
