I really like this product. A colleague friend suggested years ago that taking magnesium before bed is helpful for sleep. I have also done research and found that it is helpful for a number of things. During my research, I learned that the glycinate version is the most bioavailable that can be taken. (I hope I learned that correctly...). At any rate, I do use this product several times a week, and have for years. I usually only take 1 cap at a time, though. On rare occasions, I use 2. I find its use to be helpful.

Great Magnesium!

My doctor wants me to take this every night before bed. It helps with cramping and it helps relax me to sleep.

These give me the magnesium I need without causing stomach upset or diarrhea. They are large pills but I find them easy to swallow.

I’ve been taking this brand of magnesium glycinate for years. The softgels have always been brown, but my latest bottle is bright red softgels. I did send an email to the company to ask if this is expected, as it’s a jarring change. They have not responded to me. The label indicates brown softgels, too!

KAL magnesium glycinate works great. My muscle pain almost disappeared at times taking two tablets a day.

Listen if you have anxiety or insomnia or if you are like me and have both this helps. I will say that I do take prescription duloxetine and I just I have not been able to rest my mind and my thoughts even on the prescription and not sleeping well not feeling rested at all. I haven’t even been taking this magnesium glycinate for a full week yet and I already notice how calm my mind is and I’m sleeping at night and waking up early feeling rested which is something I’ve never done my entire life and I’m almost 50

Different ingredients than I've had previously for this item, from this company. I returned item because of this.

睡眠の質向上のため購入。 サプリの中で一番実感があったものかもしれない。 1日寝る前に2錠、飲んで寝た翌日朝めちゃめちゃ寝れた感がする。 マグネシウム取れてなかったんだなーと。 日本産のサプリは酸化マグネシウム（下剤の成分）しか見つけられなかったのでこちらのマグネシウムを試してみた感じです。 日本でも睡眠目的のマグネシウム売ればいいのに… あと、カプセルがビックリするほど大きいので飲むのは大変です。

内蓋のシールが半分以上開いていた…? 中の錠剤は写真やレビューと異なり、真っ赤。 ソフトジェルカプセルの着色の違いかと思い、許容。 匂いとべたつき（油っぽい）が気になるので、劣化している気がする。 商品の評判はよいので、飲用して見ようとは思う。体調に悪い影響がでないことを願います
