Its very sticky and leaves a difficult to remove residue
I'd be very careful with this tape, the glue is very strong and left me with a lot of residue to remove along with a large red mark on my back. Be very careful how you use it. In my opinion there are better tapes out there.

Rubbish!
Don't waste your money. I have an mcl injury and wanted to use this for swimming to prevent further damage. Put it on at night and when I jumped in the shower in the morning it peeled off. No way it would stand up to swimming if it can't even cope with a 10 minute shower! Sent it back as it's no use to me.

Die Lieferung erfolgte zügig. Die Tapes lassen sich ohne Probleme anbringen, die Haftung ist gut. Ich habe die Tapes am Knie angebracht . Ich kann diesen Artikel nur empfehlen.
