The construction seems solid, the weight isn’t too bad, even for frail people in our household. I was worried about the plastic joins from the reviews but seeing them in person, they seem pretty solid. The largest person to use it was about 200 lbs carrying several heavy boards, but there was no creaking or sign of flimsiness at the time. The feet seem pretty stable. I think as long as people exercise safe ladder protocol & don’t get a defective unit, this should be a great ladder. I can’t vouch for their QA broadly but at least for our part, it seems like we got a great ladder for a competitive price (given the current inflated state of things).
