My work phone cord to the receiver was always getting twisted. These items are easy to install and save lots of headaches. Since the package has ten in it, I spread the joy to my coworkers. The receptionist, in particular, was thrilled.

I bought this product for my tangled phone cord at work. When I installed it. It did not work. Now I don’t know what to do with them. It was a waste of money.

They are great in the beginning but all of them wore out. Customers complained of the static and inability to hear the conversation as the audio breaks up. We will not be purchasing these device moving forward.

Some of these made the handset scratchy and some worked just fine.
