Didn’t really want it, but ended up loving it
I had to make a double batch of a rice dish my family loves & needed a 14” pan by the following day. The pan I really wanted wouldn’t arrive for a week, so out of desperation I found this pan w/1 day shipping & went for it. Just used it for the first time & was pleasantly surprised! I cooked bacon it in w/another pan side by side, then sautéed onions & mushrooms. It took a little longer to heat up in the other pan, but it cooked evenly and was super lightweight. Nothing stuck to the bottom, cleaning it was a breeze. The handles do you get hot, but it was nice to not have a really long handle especially when cooking next to another big pan.

well made
I cook daily and have used my pan alotIt cooks potatoes well with out sticking and is easy to clean.I usually have several pans going at the same time and the small handles work well with my 5 burner stove. The lid also fits well.

I LOVE it! Cooking with ease!.
I loved the size and how well the heat was conducted in the cooking process. I love that I finally have a pan with a usable lid. Cleaning is a breeze. It almost cleans itself!!!! I love the large size when stir frying and cooking things in large amounts. I have not tried to cook in the oven yet. I’m sure I’ll be very pleased.

It’s a good pan as long as the screw binding onto the lid handle is not stripped.
Had to return my original purchase because the lid screw was stripped and the lid kept coming apart. The replacement product was much better. Easy to use and clean.

Well worth the money!
Very attractive, cleans easily, cooks evenly, and a great size for family dinners! I really appreciated the fast attention given by the company when my pan arrived without a knob for the lid. They had a knob sent to my home in very little time. Great customer service!

Don’t like this pan - spins and slides off the burner too easily and handles get HOT !
I don’t know if mine is defective or if it was designed this way, but the bottom of the pan has a upward curve or a big bump in the middle which is miserable. The pan doesn’t sit on the burner well and spins easily, which is especially concerning if you’re cooking with oil or grease. It slides off the burner with the slightest touch... and these handles get very hot so you can’t grab it to steady it on the burner if it starts to slide or spin. You’ve got be be cautious to always hold t by the handle if you’re just lifting the lid or lightly stirring anything, even using tongs to pick something from the pan. I don’t have to do this with any other pan I’ve ever owned. Also, with this odd upward curved bottom, the food doesn’t want to stay in the middle of the pan it slides out toward the edge. I wanted a large pan to use for fried chicken, chicken parmigiana etc. But it is terrible for trying to cook with oil because it feels so unsafe. In order to fry anything you have to pour much more oil than necessary because it is deeper around the edge and you need to pour more to cover the bump in the middle. The pan was a gift so I am stuck with it, but I would not recommend this pan to a friend. I would look for a flat bottom pan and one with covered handles.. can’t tell you how many times I have burned my fingers. I will say it is easy to clean, most things wipe out easily. So that is nice. However, I am worried that the pan is going to slide right onto the floor full of hot oil - There are better ones out there.

Great for "grilling" burgers!
I have to tell you about this pan. The only bad thing is the lid came damaged, on the knob and the rim, from shipping; it doesn't affect the cooking performance so I decided not to request an exchange.I got the pan on Thursday and had a job to do early Friday morning. My plan was to grill burgers Friday evening, but I hurt so much after the job, I didn't have the energy to go fire up the grill. I decided to use this pan. The first thing I did was "roast" a few Poblanos and 'peños.Now I have to tell you using this pan was exciting; I've seen the ads and really had high expectations-searing one side, flipping it and piling on the mushrooms and Swiss and then putting on the lid to finish it off. They were incredibly juicy.Enough of the burgers, they were incredibly juicy, and they didn't stick to the pan and I didn't have to spend a minute or 2 cleaning the pan. The drippings wiped out.I'd have to say this pan is great for "grilling" burgers. Next, Philly cheesesteaks!
