Couple details I was unsure of or unable to confirm before ordering: - Might have been a bit easier with another set of hands, but assembly was perfectly doable alone. - A lot of reviews I read mentioned this product was wobbly once installed. Not my experience at all. Took a little effort, but got everything tightened down without any additional tools, and the finished product is perfectly sturdy. - Not sure if they changed out the included anchors and screws following all the reviews that said how bad they are, but the ones in my box were fine. For some that might not know- start with a drill bit that’s smaller than you think you need, and then work your way up. Check if you need to go up to the next bit size by trying to press in the anchor with your thumb. Once you’re able to get the threaded part fully into the drywall, gently tap it the rest of the way in with a hammer. - I needed this product to hold some longer shirts or cardigans, but I didn’t want to lose a quarter of the capacity by leaving one side double height, so I modified it for about $25 to make it ~7” taller. I purchased three 3/4”x6” black iron pipe pieces and three 3/4” couplers from Home Depot (my store was out of the black couplers, so I made due with the silver) and simply added them between the legs and the floor flanges. I then installed the adjustable height joints for the lower bar from the bottom rather than the top, and made sure to cinch the Allen screws down tight to make sure it doesn’t slide down (I could have added this additional length to the top section too, but I didn’t want my mod at eye level). Nothing is touching the floor and the items on the top bar aren’t covering the tops of the items on the lower bar. We have standard 8’ ceilings and this added height was no issue. Could go taller if your ceiling heights allow, or modify in other ways to fit a variety of needs with all the different iron pipe segments/fittings available at most home improvement stores. Overall a great buy. Perfect size with a small modification that allowed me to maximize the organization potential of the space. I looked at this product a few years ago, but ended up buying something else. That ended up being disappointing and I had to spend the money again to do what I should have done in the first place.

Would commonly be used in a storefront but it was the perfect addition to my closet. Looks super organized, wasn’t too costly, and very sturdy.

Love these. I bought the gold color and they are aesthetic with gold metallics. The instruction manual and the YouTube videos are not sufficient for assembly instructions. Look at my photo to see where the different connectors go. Lay out the pieces then assemble going from left to right. If you can’t get a fitting tight enough to face the correct direction, screw a piece of the short bar into it and use the bar as a lever. We also painted a one by four board gold and screwed to the wall as a brace to attach the rack to. We cut four inch pieces of the board to place behind the extra mount on top of each end. Do this and do not rely on the Sheetrock anchors that are provided. We bought gold screws for mounting instead of using the black ones that came with the rack. Even though we made modifications we are still very pleased with these.

This rack is definitely worth the money. The steel and support are the best. It was a 2-person effort that was easy to put together, but when you are short (like myself) you need someone with height and a small ladder. It was about 45mins to put together and then install. Make sure to measure the wall/room for the system you want. This is a larger system but because it’s modular you can remove bars or adjust to what you need. It has allowed me to organize and move things around with ease. The functionality is great. It can hold more than enough clothing because the system is heavy duty and candle weight. Another family member saw this system and now they want one!

In our new build we wanted to go with something a little different than your typical closet racks and we knew we didn’t want the wire racks! So we went out on a limb and purchased these industrial pipe closet racks and they did not disappoint! Exactly what we had in mind! They are incredibly sturdy, functionable and was super easy to install!

11x41x86 is the rough dimensions except they aren't. 11 depth is right but the thing is 6 ft tall AND 7 feet wide! Where they got the 41 from i have no clue. I thought it was the width. Had to return.
