I have had a few stomach issues, IBS, SIBO, and just general gut dysfunction… this stuff does seem to help take whatever may be effecting my stomach and intestinal lining out, and does so very gently. I always feel more regular after taking it (for just a couple of days even) and I think it also helps to clear a bit of junk from the rest of my system. This was originally recommended to me by a myo-facial massage therapist, to clear excess lymphatic “build up” (I don’t know how to explain it but you can look it up, I trust her so I decided to try it)… and I will continue getting this every so often when I sense there is something in my gut that doesn’t seem like it belongs. It’s not a cure all if you are eating a bunch of foods that don’t match your constitution or the season or temperature, it’s good to start there… but for mold, bacterias, and other organisms that have been picked up or stuff that needs to come out, I think this is a good gentle option.
