We love this vacuum, it is fantastic, but it has started acting up saying waste water tank needs to be emptied, we have done this (of course) and also cleaned the whole filters/appliciance everywhere, it no longer works at all, just says cleaning needed straight away. I cant find how to get any support, I have emailed and had no reply, the returns function just takes you round in circles..... I dont know what to do.... 4 months old!

Amazing product problem it’s just stopped charging it’s not the charger lead and can’t find u k customer service number for help

The vacuum works great most of the time. However, we have had the unit for 7 months and it has had to go out for service 3 times.So essentially in those 7 months, it has been out of service for half of the time.

This vacuum/mop is absolutely amazing. It cleans sooooo well!I must admit I’m abit of a brand snob when it comes to vacuums and my last 3 hoovers have been a brand that rhymes with bison. I’ve never heard of this brand and I didn’t have high expectations going into it because of that but was pleasantly surprised this works so well and saves so much time not only with it mopping at the same time but with it cleaning itself too. My mother in law was visiting us when it got delivered and she borrowed it from us to try it herself before buying but I’m yet to get it back!The only thing I would change is the fact you can’t vacuum without mopping at the same time. Means I can’t get rid of my other vacuum as I have a giant rug in my living room.

This brand isn’t one that seems popular in this country, but I know does well in other parts of the world. With this vacuum cleaner, it’s easy to see why it has proved successful. The vacuum cleaner is really well-made, has great suction, and is good with both wet and dry. Four stars.

Is not worth the money!Bought this on February and its already gone! Stop charging and its badly liking! Very disapointed!

One feature of this vacuum cleaner is that it is described as lightweight, which may give a false impression of its quality and power. I wouldn’t necessarily describe it as lightweight though.The vacuum cleaner needs the handle to be put in place when you first unpack it, and that’s it for any build. The cleaner comes with a charging stand which has space for the included spare filter and brush head. The vacuum cleaner fits snugly on the protruding charging point that makes contact with the cleaner, when the internal battery will be charged.The cleaner came with the battery charged to around 70% and it took about an hour to charge it fully to 100%. The cleaner is lifted slightly off the unit and it is clear to start cleaning. There are three buttons on the unit: the one at the bottom turns it on and off; the middle button switches between auto and suction; and the one at the top starts the self-clean.The are two containers for water: the small top section holds the clean water, with which the included solution can be added; the bottom section collects the dirty water. Both sections are removed with a simple pull of the top of the container. It’s also worth noting that you can use other diluted floor cleaning fluid.When turned on, the base of the cleaner starts to pull away from you so you need to keep a grip of the handle. On auto setting the floor is vacuumed and cleaned with water. The cleaning is a thin film of water so is not excessive and doesn’t pool whenever you stop the cleaner on one spot for a few seconds.I found this to be an effective cleaner, both picking up dust/dirt etc, and also of wiping the floor of any spilt liquid. The battery life I also found to be sufficient enough to cover a full clean of upstairs and downstairs. After cleaning the living room and kitchen floors (standard rooms) there was just over 70% left, so around 30% used. It was the same amount used for using it upstairs on 3 bedroom floors.The self-cleaning functionality is simple and effective. After cleaning is finished just ensure there is about a quarter to a half level of water in the clean water reservoir. It is started by pressing the button at the top of the handle and the cleaner will start and finish the process automatically – this will take a few minutes and is a bit noisy whilst it carries out the procedure.Overall, this is an impressive vacuum cleaner that does a dual job and will save time every time you clean.

I bought the vacuum in March, now is September and the battery is not charging, so I can’t use itI try to get in contact with the company and is impossible… . Please don’t waste your money.
