Is this facial brush spin or vibrate?

It is sonic vibration. I prefer it to the spin one because it doesn't tangle my hair during use.

how do you remove the heads

Hi, you just twist the silver part around the brush area.

I am looking for replacement brush heads for this product, and am having trouble finding the correct item. Is there a link to the proper replacement?

Dear customer, you can buy the brush heads in the following link: 1.Sensitive Replacement Brush Head https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09FG6PXKZ?ref=myi_title_dp 2.Deep Cleansing Brush https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01G6J0O6S?ref=myi_title_dp

I really like this facial cleanser, but mine is very warm when I take it out of the charging station. Is this a problem?

Do you keep it plugged in? If so No. If you charge and unplug it. Yes there's something wrong with the battery. I only charge mine when needed. That will prolong the life of the battery. I use mine in the shower every night. Hope this helped with your question.
