These tablets do exactly what they are meant too do. One a day is great to start with. Easy to swallow for the size. I havent had any side effects and i am allergic to many things. They are exactly as advertised.

First of all ,I have used the products of this company in the past.They were ok.But this product is truly awful.The usual brand, that I normally buy, was out of stock so I bought this . I know that the absorption of berberine is low, but other producers can address this issue.I falsely believed that the garlic and piperin ,chromium will help to improve the berberine efficiency .Well no, it has significantly increased my appetite .I read the chromium can increase the appetite for certain people, but seriously what is the point of such a product?People take this to lose weight, not to increase their appetite ...

Este medicamento lo recomendó el nutricionista a mi hijo, para perder peso, lleva dos meses usándolo y le va muy bien. OJO también toma otros, más alimentos sanos y ejercicios. PERO LO RECOMIENDO

Ormai acquisto quasi esclusivamente integratori di questa marca che anche se leggermente più costosa spesso garantisce ingredienti di qualità anche se a volte micro dosati. Comunque nel caso della berberina l’integrazione con pepe e aglio ne fanno una sinergia perfetta. I benefici della berberina sono molteplici ed io credo di sentirne i risultati con una figura più snella e più energia. Avevo provato ad assumere 2 capsule ma mi sono subì accorta che per me era troppo ed ho quindi continuato con 1 capsula a pranzo o prima di un pasto con tanti carboidrati, tipo se vado a mangiare una pizza
