Excellent product, I have been taking Pure encapsulation products for many years, clean ingredients and backed by research. I am totally recommending this Company.

I do notice somewhat of a difference in terms of alertness after taking these. I am not sure if it is a trace mineral deficiency in myself or just a reaction to the *interesting* taste of these. I was taking a variety of other supplements at the time with these, fiber included. This is not a magic pill by any means, but some difference was observed.

Pure Encapsulations included all the high quality versions of the main trace minerals. This will be way better absorbed than what you get in the mass market multivitamins. Do note, no copper so you will need to make sure your diet covers that or that it comes from other areas. Over a long enough period of time if you stack this with a multi every day you may get too much zinc compared to copper intake. Not a serious issue, just something to be aware of. Will this supplement improve your health? It's possible, especially if you happen to be chronically deficient in any of these trace minerals.

I started using this after a month of severely overdoing it at the sauna - I went everyday, sometimes twice a day, for 45 minutes each on high settings. I started to feel extremely crappy, tired, disoriented, just awful. I realized it was getting worse after I went to the sauna. I suspect I depleted my mineral stores by sweating them out. I felt MUCH MUCH better after I started taking this and it helped me recover from that experience more quickly after days of not getting any better even after I stopped going.
