They wash up beautifully. They heat up quickly. Be sure to only use silicone cooking utensils, as to avoid scratching the nonstick surface of the pan. They’re a heart weight, there is zero chipping (when used correctly) and they work quickly. Loving that they’re non toxic, so I’m not shooting teflon into my kids’ guts every time I cook.

They are absolutely beautiful and very easy to clean but I would prefer a darker cooking surface. With the money this cost, I would recommend learning to cook on good stainless steel, that will out live you. The only cons: -When you fry an egg on the pan, the egg and the cooking surface can be hard to distinguish. - They are very expensive for a non-stick pan that will only last a few years.

Bought my green pans when my husband was finally fed up with his eggs sticking to our cast iron skillet. Clean up takes 10 seconds, if that. They wash up beautifully. They heat up quickly. Be sure to only use silicone cooking utensils, as to avoid scratching the nonstick surface of the pan. They’re a heart weight, there is zero chipping (when used correctly) and they work quickly. Loving that they’re non toxic, so I’m not shooting teflon into my kids’ guts every time I cook.

I really love these pans. They are durable and non-stick. They are also quite attractive in my opinion. You do need to be gentle with them and not use metal utensils. I use them for almost everything.
