This costume fit great. I bought a larger size because of other reviews and it worked really well. The air pump is a little hard to get to, so plan ahead for that. It stays inflated really well. I have worn it a few times and it was a big hit. I love this costume. The top is see through, so if you are modest, plan to wear an undershirt. I bought a wig and made my own eels. It is a lot of fun.

I wore this costume to emcee a Halloween costume contest for kids, and a few days later to hand out candy for Halloween. In the photo, you can see my granddaughter "Ariel" absolutely wanted nothing to do with me. However, I had more requests for photos with this costume than I've ever had before - this was my second year emceeing the event. I was so busy doing photos on Halloween night that my husband and son had to take over candy duty. I've seen several complaints that the wig wasn't included but the instructions clearly state that it wasn't included. The costume did come with the nautilus necklace which was a bit tight. Disney might consider increasing the necklace size of the black trim for the larger sized costumes. No worries! I added a longer chain to the back and things were fine. You will need a helper to get into this costume. Make sure the underskirt isn't too long because it is slippery and could cause a fall. I trimmed about 2 inches from the skirt. It was perfect for this 5ft 6in tall Ursula. I ordered the 5X and it fit perfectly for my 326lb body. Ladies wear your best support bra and some bike shorts that help with shaping as both will help achieve a smoother look. I have one small complaint, the cap that screws over the fan fell off and was lost somewhere at the first event. I hope to order a new one. Because the fan control is inside a small tight pouch, my husband had to help switch it on and off. I highly recommend this costume. Please note: "I", in these reviews, is my wife, Lena (not me)!

There are two stages in a woman’s life: Ariel and Ursula. I’m in the Ursula stage of my life and thought this $130 costume worth it and it was. There was no size chart and guessed at the 3x (since I go 3x) which fit but it was big in some areas. I like that there is a body compression under to keep the costume in place. The picture was confusing to me in dressing. The detachable, inflatable tentacles are Velcro’d to the outside part of the inner sheath dress. The picture showed separate and I saw it later. The lavender sheer long sleeve shirt is separate yet short in length (shows belly). The fan battery pack does take 4 AA batteries and the instructions do advise removing them when done with a screwdriver. What is neat is the pocket that holds the battery pack or you can clip to to your clothing - which I didn’t do. I’m very happy with this purchase and happy I got to be the villain to my daughter playing Ariel this Halloween.

This costume is AMAZING!! Tons of compliments, fit was great and the durability is fantastic!! The blower motor was great and never had to change the batteries, even after running it for 7 hours!!! People were stopping me to take pictures with me and the children loved it.

At first I was disappointed that the tentacles were not inflating so I requested to return it. But I loved it so much that I went to buy new batteries to try them before I returned it. Omg that worked! I was so excited. (Make sure the batteries are good ones). This costume is pretty lightweight even though it has multiple layers. I’m 5’ft so I worried it would drag but it was perfect once the tentacles inflate. The purple, long sleeve top is separate so you dont have to wear it but I personally loved it. The battery pack is in a pocket and its attached to a small fan. I clipped the battery pack on the velcro ao I could have easy access to it. The tentacles inflated in seconds! I was surprised how fast they inflate. Then when you turn it off they disinflated in abt 5-10 seconds. Whenever I was going to sit i turned it off then I turned it back on when I wanted them inflated. This is definitely a great investment since it’s reusable.

Cute costume. I am 5’2” 135lbs DD bust. i typically wear a US size 6/8. Ordered a medium and as you can see from the video it’s quite snug. The inflatable portion is quite noisy. The pump would normally be in the back, I put it in the front for the purpose of showing in the video. While, It’s really not practical for an evening of dancing and mayhem (carry an extra set of batteries if you plan to be in costume all day), I still would get this costume all over again. Update: As a person that loves Halloween, theme parties, costumes, etc... I removed the pump and stuffed the costume with polyfoam and tulle. It's definitely quieter...but much heavier.... but man, it makes a statement! I'll do a third update with pictures after my event. Third update; wore this costume for a party this week and got rave reviews! Wish I could upload another video so you could see how the tentacles moved. This is a great costume for someone that just wants to wear right out of the bag or to use as a base to get more creative like I did and stuff it with poly fill. As an inflatable costume it’s impressive. I recommend buying. Removed the one star for sizing. Thanks to all that leave reviews. your feedback is always helpful!

Costume is very nice. But mine came not damaged 4 tentacles were not correct attached exactly where the air pump is located cause the whole costume to not inflate. I needed this costume for an event that was the next day. In which I had to spend hours hand sewing it together since I had no time to send it back for one to be here in time. Once I fixed the giant hole it blew up fine. Be sure to check the costume especially cause it cost so much. Definitely returned. The 1st two photo are showing the giant hole. The 3rd photo is after I hand sewed it together, not bad huh!!

Great costume. Well made but a little big, had to pin the black bodice to the lavender mesh shirt. Stayed inflated all day on 4 batteries. Kids loved it. Received a lot of compliments. Very realistic for being Ursula. The necklace was very cheap. Was hollow and only one sided on a cheap piece of fabric so kept twisting and showing the hollow back. Restrung on an old chain I had but next time will buy a separate necklace. Wig is not included.

Amazing isn’t even a good description for this costume. This is by far THE BEST costume I’ve ever put on. It’s high quality and absolutely stunning! The inflatable tentacles are just an amazing bonus. The fan isn’t loud at all and it comes with an easy accessible pouch to hold it in place. The measurement chart is spot on. The company is great too! The first costume they shipped out had a hole and was missing two tie ups for the tentacles. I messaged them and sent the photos in of the issues and they sent me a second one free of charge. I’m impressed all around! I’ll purchase again from this company for sure! It’s a bit pricey for a costume but for a reason! Worth every penny!

El disfraz es muy bonito, muy vistoso y de buena calidad en general. La blusa es delgada y el corset es de licra. La bomba de aire funciona correctamente. En general es bueno, solo el precio me parece excesivo.

I absolutely love this costume. I bought it for my Disney Villains themed 40th birthday and Hallowe’en 😊 As a 6ft we’ll built guy I was really pleased with how well it fit. The only thing I would improve would be the length & thickness of the purple mesh material top as it was small but again this could be because I’m a guy. I did find it kept riding up a lot. Hint/Tip: the tentacle's are inflated by a built-in fan powered by x4 AA batteries (not included) I only used cheap/non-branded batteries which lasted 4-5 hours.
