We only keep it in the fridge once we have begun to use it.

The base is African hot pepper. In many cases it is a basic condiment to spice up curry, chicken and even Japanese food. It is more a universal sauce. I love it on everything.

These are absolutely awesome

I first had these at Nando's in London. I was hooked. I am so glad Amazon sells them. I use these with meats, vegetables, rice, potatoes. The other day I had a snack of chicken pieces and crackers. I added the garlic flavor on the side and it was really good. Really elevated the flavor to another level.

Arrived Damaged

Haven't tried the sauces yet but one of the bottles arrived with the factory seal broken and the sauce was leaking. Unfortunately had to throw the sauce away. Not able to return the item or receive a replacement which is also unfortunate
