Good value for money. Using in a basic home gym. Weight distribution is mostly spot on, ankh a slight bit of movement but nothing major. Feels good quality and durable, would likely buy more at different weights.

Rock running
Use this in the pool to simulate rock running a la Hawaiian surfers...great fun and a quality item.

Images are not accurate re: interior.
I think it’s very important to note that this ball is not “full of sand”. It has a small bag of sand inside it providing the weight, and as such it’s very imbalanced if you are doing any exercises where you’re passing the ball from one hand to the other. The description should state this as the image is totally misleading, and this ball ended up unsuitable for my physiotherapy.
