Can't use this product. Too much sodium, it made me swell and gain about 6 pounds and caused me discomfort.

This stuff is great. It seems expensive at first but then you realize that it ends up being cheaper than buying similar drinks with hug sugar content at the store. I use these daily and I have seen a notable improvement in my hydration level.

Very useful. A dear friend has cancer and it has helped tremendously in the struggle to stay hydrated.

I feel so much better when Hydrated....
