This is the best curling cream I’ve ever used IN MY LIFE. I like it because it makes my hair super soft and curly and reduces frizz. It also doesn’t leave a greasy residue like I’ve experienced with some other curling creams. The selling point for me is it being fragrance-free and for sensitive skin. I have asthma and extremely sensitive skin and a lot of the curling creams on the market have ingredients that my skin hates. Like aloe, which is a weird allergy, but I am allergic to it. This curling cream doesn’t have any of the other allergens and even is a heat protectant which is pretty cool!! I decided to give some other products a try from the brand because I’m so pleased with the curling cream. I do think it is expensive, but the value is there. How many curling creams on the market do you know that are also heat protectants? And how many don’t give you that annoying greasy residue when you touch your hair!? This is perfect and I will be purchasing when I have the money to do so, lol. They also have some tiny ones. So if you’re looking to try the brand out, they’ve got minis of pretty much all of their products. Anyhoo, I love this product and rate it 10 out of 10.

If you like applying a hair product and then scrunching your hair this works very well to produce soft shiny curly hair. My hair is normally completely straight and I applied about a quarter's worth of product all over the ends of my hair. Then started scrunching and using the diffuser on my blow dryer. Seems to work great. I love that my hair is more glossy and very touchable. I did not put this in my bangs however and used mousse for that! One tube of this cream is going to last a while. I also thought my hair dried a bit faster. I felt this cream works better than mousse in general because it does not make the hair crunchy or dried out. Just soft and beautiful. You will love it!!!! Even if your hair is not dried all the way and dries naturally, the curls stay and your hair is not crunchy. So really great stuff!

I love this stuff! It makes my hair so soft and my curls just perfect. There is absolutely no smell, and my scalp irritation has improved dramatically. I bought it because ChatGPT suggested it when I asked what to do about my itchy scalp. It really has made a difference, and my hair feels and looks even better than it did with the other brands that are full of chemicals and fragrances. My curls are not "crispy", they are nice and soft. I highly recommend it!

The best curl cream!! It’s not heavy so it doesn’t weigh your hair down. It has great slip too. And no fragrance!! Better than the Aveda Be Curly Curl Enhancer I used for the last 20 years. Aveda discontinued the original version and I read the reviews on the new version and didn’t want to try it. I also wanted to switch to a fragrance free and sensitive skin line because I had an itchy scalp and dandruff from using Olaplex. I have now used the shampoo, conditioner, leave in conditioner, and curl cream. I love all of them. I am so happy I switched to this brand. I used Nizeral 3x a week to get rid of the dandruff and itching, and it wasn’t working. Then I thought it probably the Olaplex, others had the same issue so then I stopped using Olaplex. Then I bought the whole line of the SEEN brand. Still using Nizeral 1x a week and my scalp is totally healed and SEEN helped make that happen. I hope they come out with a hair gel one day, so while I wait for that, I am using Curlsmith fragrence free and that is great too.

I have noticed a HUGE improvement in my acne since ditching the products I used to use in my hair for this one. Only problem is that I am putting SO MUCH of this hair crème in my hair each day, trying to get the level of hold I need for my hair to look the way I want, and my hair has been a complete frizzy mess. This product costs $30, and I used the entire bottle in just a little over a week. I cannot afford to spend $30 a week on this when this product does not give my hair the frizz control and hydration it needs. I had low expectations going in because no hair crème has ever been enough to hold my hair all day long, but this is particularly disappointing because now I feel like I have to choose between having clear skin and having good hair days - which is exactly the thing the product promises to deliver on. It will most likely help reduce break outs for you, so I definitely recommend, but if your hair is as curly as mine, see if there is a better option before dropping the $30 on this. It WILL help your acne, but your hair will not look as good as it did before. I will probably continue to cough up the $30 and continue to suffer through bad hair days though because I have been so desperate to clear my break outs. It’s an unfortunate scenario. But if your hair is only a little bit curly (2A - 2C) you will love this product. If your hair is 3A or curlier, I think you will run into the same struggle I have.

I have naturally wavy, color-treated hair and I really enjoy using this cream to get it as wavy as possible and avoid frizz! I do have to use a bit more to really control frizz, especially in North Carolina summers. If it were just slightly better at frizz control, I’d give it 5 stars. I combine this with Vanicream’s fragrance free gel and it works pretty well! Lasts a long time depending on how much you use. BEST of all- this cream is truly fragrance free, doesn’t break me out or contribute to my stubborn sebaceous dermatitis on my scalp. Those are the biggest deals to me.

It’s a lot of money for what it is, still I hope it’s worth it. I used a quarter size amount just like ChatGPT and the bottle told me so that I could avoid stringy hair. I used a boar bristle brush & hands while half wet half dry to massage the product from head to ends. The product had no strong, irritating smell. Smells kind of like vanilla pudding. And it smelt good. When drying it smelt like my hairdryer was burning up. I’m not sure if it was the hairdryer or my hair but my hair feels soft. Appearance wise, my hair has always looked frizzy especially after a boar bristle brush brushing. I’ll wait until I straighten and let my natural hair oils to smooth out my hair to see if it’s done anything.

I really like the idea of the SEEN product line- skin friendly ingredients, ph balanced, good for hair & scalp...etc. I've been using the shampoo, conditioner, deep conditioner, and curl cream for about a month. My results with curl cream are: Better than it was, but doesn't quite live up to the hype. My hair is definitely softer and feels clean & lightweight, not heavy or sticky or stiff. My curls are a little more defined, but the frizz is still significant. I'll keep using the products until I run out, but I'm not sure I'll continue- it's pricey for a less-than-spectacular outcome. So yeah, the curl cream has had a positive effect, but it has not proved to be a miracle for me.

I love this product. It's the only one I've found that doesn't make my hair frizzy by day 3. I use it over Redken 25 (One United) and I refresh my hair daily with a bit of the 25.

Gentle and very nice product. Light and gives a nice curl even to let dry on own.

It doesn’t do much for thick curly hair. Yet another expensive hair grooming experiment to bin.
